Technology solutions center

The Technology Solutions Center (TSC) is a Help Desk and Call Dispatch Service that provides support for multiple levels of software, hardware and dispatch service for onsite repairs.  The call center is available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day (excluding holidays: New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day).

How TSC Works

TSC support can be purchased one of two ways; “Full Support” by using Points or “Desktop Support”, Unlimited Call Usage “per user”. (see definitions below)

TSC – Full Support – Point Increments

You may purchase TSC Full Support in point increments. These points are valid for one year from date of purchase, additional points may be added at any time during the contract. Each level of support (software or hardware), has been assigned a pre-determined point value, (ex: pc application call is 6 points, a network call is 20 points). When an incident is resolved, the appropriate number of points are deducted from your TSC account.

TSC Full Support includes calls on all Client Applications & OS, Server OS and NOS, Connectivity, BackOffice, Hardware Troubleshooting, Diagnosis & Dispatch, (troubleshooting before dispatch of call), Dispatch & Escalate (no troubleshooting, straight dispatch of call), view complete Tracking and Reporting online.
 

TSC – Desktop Support – Unlimited Calls per User

TSC Desktop Support is sold on a per user basis. All users have unlimited call usage for one year, from the date of purchase. There is a minimum of 5 User’s per contract.

TSC Desktop Support includes calls on Client Applications and Operating system, Local Printers, Hardware Troubleshooting, Diagnosis & Dispatch, (troubleshooting before dispatch of call), Dispatch & Escalate (no troubleshooting, straight dispatch of call), view complete Tracking and Reporting online.
