Defective Hardware Products -
We will accept for exchange or repair, at our discretion, defective
products within 20 days of invoice date, 100% complete, in original
and resalable condition, with all packaging, manuals, registration
and warranty card(s), software, and with no labels or demarcations on the box.
We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that does not
meet these requirements. No refunds or credit will be provided, except
under the terms of the restocking fees detailed below.
Non-defective Hardware Products -
If the manufacturer's return policy permits the return of a
non-defective item to K2, then the item must be returned within 20
days from the invoice date, 100% complete, unopened, in original and
resalable condition, with all packaging, manuals, registration and
warranty card(s), software, and with no labels or demarcations on the box. We
reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet
these requirements. If a non-defective item has been opened, it is not
returnable.
Restocking Fee -Returns are
subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee with a minimum dollar amount of
$25.00. Shipping charges are not refundable.
Manufacturer's Restrictions -
Some hardware products are not returnable under any circumstances,
whether or not the item is defective. The policy for product returns,
repairs or exchanges is established by each manufacturer and are
handled in accordance with the manufacturer's established return
policies. Please call the following manufacturers directly for
hardware support, repairs, or to exchange defective products:

Defective Software - Defective
software products may be exchanged for the same title only.
Non-defective Software -
Non-defective software that has been opened is not returnable. No
refunds or credit will be provided.
Components - Components such
as service parts, fusers, power supplies, motherboards, processors,
chips, etc., are not returnable.
RMA Number - Before returning
any product, you must obtain a Return Materials Authorization (RMA)
number. No returns will be accepted without an RMA Number. Please have
the following information on hand:
- Customer Name
- Invoice Number
- Serial Number
- The nature of the problem
